This is the trail to where I live.

This is the no-motorized-vehicles-allowed state corridor which I use as a walkway to get to my house. I park on the road, and walk in or snowshoe in, if there is snow. Last year, I *&^% you not, there was five feet of snow on this path. I learned how to snowshoe pretty quick... I drive a '95 Toyota Tercel. My fantasy vehicle is a diesel Volkswagen Vanagon, converted to use Straight Veg Oil. Oh you wait. It'll happen. Equal or better.
